The Audits + Inspections Module is your tool for managing your various proactive department and workplace audits.
For example, you may like Office staff to complete a floor inspection of their area, once a week. Or engage your Building facilities staff to audit the safety of the back loading dock area, once every month. There are plenty of use-case examples.
Simply, the Audits + Inspections module allows you to:
- Create your own templates of Audits + Inspections using the template builder. Alternatively, work with our pre-built library of Audit + Inspection templates.
- Create an Audit + Inspection draft, stating who is Assigned to complete the Audit, the date of the audit, the target completion date, the progress (%) of the audit completion, and a description of what the audit is, or how to carry out the audit.
- Specify where the audit will be carried out
- Via the mobile/desktop application, complete all of the audit question responses (For example: Yes/No, Acceptable/Unacceptable, Dates, Numbers, or Text).
- Upload any notes, tasks, document attachments you like to the Audit
- Monitor history logs of all entries into the Audit
- Change the workflow status, and move to progress the Audit to a 'Closed' state.
On top of this, you have ability to review all Audits + Inspections, using smart keyword search, and grouping and filtering.
