Audit Reports

CONTENTS: • RUNNING AN OPEN ITEMS REPORT • RUNNING A UNIVERSAL AUDIT REPORT • ACCESSING AUDIT REPORTS

INTRODUCTION:

Various types of Audit Reports are available in the system, but specific ones can only be created and accessed by Users who are in the proper Permissions Group.

The two most common types of Audit Reports (which are covered here) are Audits/Inspections Open Items, which lists issues discovered in Audits that require Corrective Action; and the Universal Audit Report, which is a weekly summary of the results of a specific Audit. By default, Universal Audit Reports are automatically generated and forwarded to the designated Permission Group each week.

One other useful Report option is the Weekly (or Monthly) Audit Report by Project and Creator. Upon request, the Safety Indicators team can add additional types of Audit Reports to your system, and even create custom ones based on your company’s unique needs.
