OVERVIEW:
For the convenience of different workgroups, you can list a subset of SDS documents that specifically apply to their Project. Note that your company may use a different term than Projects, such as Locations or Worksites.
GETTING STARTED
STEP 1
• In the left menu, click Safety
• In the SDS Card, click the large SDS icon in the SDS Card
This opens the main Safety Data Sheets list.

STEP 2
A At top left, click the down-arrow next to All Projects, then select the Project you want to create an SDS List for.
B Above the list, click Create New
SELECTING THE SDS DOCUMENTS TO INCLUDE
STEP 1
A In the first column, add a checkmark to the items you would like to include in the SDS for that Project or Worksite
Use the Page Navigation tool at the bottom to visit subsequent pages.
Use the Filters and Search tools to narrow down the list to make it easier to find what you need.
B At the bottom right, click Next

STEP 2
A OPTIONAL: You can click in the Site Part Number field for each item, and add a designation that applies only to that Project or Worksite
B When done, click Finish at lower right
