Create an SDS/Hazard Label

OVERVIEW:

You can use the Safety Indicators SDS Module to generate and print a number of different hazard and SDS information labels that can then be attached to items at the worksite.

 

Note that the information included on labels is based on SDS details added by your company’s staff; it is not automatically pulled from any online database.

 

  GETTING STARTED  

 

STEP 1

•  In the left menu, click Safety
  In the SDS Card, click the large SDS icon in the SDS Card

 

 

  CREATING A LABEL  

 

STEP 1

A  Above the Safety Data Sheet list, click Reports, then select one of the Label options

STEP 2

A  In the Project field, click the down-arrow and select the relevant Project

Note that your company may instead use a term such as Worksite or Location instead of Project.

 

B  In the Safety Data Sheet field, click the down-arrow and select the appropriate SDS
C  Click Run Report

The labels appear below, arranged on an 8 ½ x 11 sheet.

 

 

  PRINTING AND EXPORTING THE LABEL  

 

PRINT THE LABEL

A  Click the Printer Icon to print the labels on your office printer

OR

EXPORT THE LABEL
B  Click Export to the selected format to select your preferred file format. Then click Export to download the file to your computer for printing later
