OVERVIEW:
A variety of InSite charts are available to your company, for the visual display and analysis of safety-related data. For the sake of organization and simplicity, system administrators may want to select several related charts to group together as an Insite Group. Each Insite Group should have a descriptive name, such as ‘Monthly Reports’ or ‘Audits & Inspections’.
Then, admins can invite the stakeholders in a ‘Permission Group’ to have access to a specific Insite Group. This way, rather than being overwhelmed with too much information, they’re presented with a custom dashboard displaying only the charts and info they need to do their job.

CHART SETTINGS
• In the Settings window that opens, the fields and information will vary, depending on the type of chart
A To specify how far back in time you’d like this chart to go, enter a number in the Month Range Starts field. For example, if you’d like to always show data for the previous 6 months, enter the number 6
B If you’d like to always include the most current data, enter 0 (zero) in the Month Range Ends field. If you do not want to include, say, the past 2 months (incl. the current month), enter the number 2
C If you want to display data for a previous Calendar Year, instead of a Month Range, click the down-arrow in the Calendar Year field, and select that year
D Depending on the type of chart, you may also have other options. For example, entering the number 7 in the Ceiling field will add a ‘maximum acceptable’ horizontal line to a bar chart at the 70% mark. Some charts also allow you to set a Target value, or Thresholds for visually depicting values as green, yellow or red.
E Select the Filters tab at top to specify other parameters for the information to be displayed in that chart. For example, you can set the chart to only display data pertaining to a specific project, location or classification
F Click the green Save icon at the bottom
• You’ll see that this chart has now populated its designated box
• Continue to add Insite Charts to the rest of the boxes within the Dashboard
