INTRODUCTION:
Not all findings discovered during routine Audits require a formal course of Corrective Action. But when they do, the issue is documented. When someone is Assigned to undertake that Corrective Action by a due date, it is now considered a Task in the Safety Indicators system.
BRINGING UP THE UNSATISFACTORY AUDIT RESPONSE
STEP 1
• After opening the Safety Indicators Mobile App, select the relevant Project (or Worksite, Department, etc.)
• Then tap Audits
• From the list of audits, find and tap the relevant Audit
ASSIGNING THE TASK
STEP 1

B Tap the square Note icon next to the Audit Response
STEP 2
A Tap in the Notes field and type brief info about the issue and possible resolution
