FORWARDING YOUR SUBMISSION
STEP 1
A Click on the Megaphone/Feedback icon at the top of your screen
STEP 2
A In the Feedback Details form, Add your Email address (if this field isn’t already filled)
B Add the Subject of your submission
C Choose a Category from the drop-down list after clicking the down-arrow
The options are: Suggestions; Report a Bug; Help; or Compliments
D Add a Description of the issue you’re reporting
E Click Send
A Safety Indicators support expert will get back to you shortly with a helpful response.
ERROR MESSAGES
Occasionally, you may encounter a System Error, and see an alert like this:
If you click Report Issue, you’ll see the Feedback Details form (above) to fill out and Send to the Safety Indicators team. Under Description, you may explain what you were doing just prior to the Error alert.
In other cases, you might see a Permission Limited alert after attempting to access or edit something that you do not have the appropriate Permissions for.
You can request the Permissions you need from your System Admin. If they have been granted, but you still don't have access, then click Report Issue.
