INTRODUCTION:
The Safety Indicators platform is made up of modules, each with its own set of functions. In the Safety Indicators interface, each of these Modules are represented as a ‘Card.’ The Modules/Cards you use most regularly can be added to your ‘Favorites’ so you can access them quickly.

When you first log in to Safety Indicators, you’ll see a main menu on the left. As you click on each item, most will reveal associated Module Cards. This example shows three Cards:

ACCESSING LISTS
Using the Safety Observations Card (top item) as an example, clicking on the Large Icon at the left side of the Card opens a List View of all Observations currently in the system, for all Projects.
However, if you click on All Projects at the top of the screen, then choose a specific Project from the drop-down list, then only Observations associated with that one Project will be listed.
MODULE CARDS: OTHER OPTIONS
Clicking + Add at upper right (after choosing a Project) opens a Form that can be used to add a new Observation to that Project.
Clicking the List/'Open' icon reveals a list of current Open (unresolved) items
Clicking on the Round Exclamation Point/'Today' icon reveals a list of items that require attention Today.
Clicking on the Triangular Exclamation Point/'Late' icon reveals a list of Observations that are identified as Late or Past Due.
Clicking on Checkmark/'Approvals' icon reveals a list of Safety Observations that are awaiting Approvals.
ADDING TO FAVORITES - OPTION 1
CHOOSING INDIVIDUAL CARDS
Chances are, you won’t need to access all the Modules on a regular basis. Safety Indicators allows you to pick just those Module Cards you typically need, and add them to your page of Favorites for quick reference.
As you click each item in the left main menu, select the Cards you want to add to your Favorites by clicking on the small Star Icon at the top of the Card. That icon will turn gold, meaning it’s now in your Favorites.
Now click on Favorites in the left menu, and you’ll see that those Cards have been added.
You can remove a Card from your Favorites at any time by clicking the gold star.
ADDING TO FAVORITES - OPTION 2
CHOOSING FROM A LIST
Go to your Favorites page by clicking Favorites in left main menu. Then at the top, click on + Add Favorites
When you see the Favorite Settings window, click + Create New at the top.
Then from the list, add checkmarks to the Modules you’d like to add to your Favorites. When you’re done, click + Add Selected at the bottom.
Finally, back in the Favorite Settings window, click the Green Disk Icon at the top to Save your selection, then close the window.
You’ll see that the Module Card(s) have been added to your Favorites.
