OVERVIEW:
By default, your Safety Indicators dashboard displays combined data for all the ‘Projects’ or ‘Sites’ that your safety team is responsible for.
In this tutorial, ‘Projects’ is the term used for referring to a firm’s workgroups or worksites. Since this designation is customized for your company, you may see a different term used, such as ‘Sites’ or ‘Regions’ for manufacturers.
If you’d like to see, or work with, data pertaining to just one specific ‘Project’ (etc.), there are two simple options for making that selection.
SELECTING A PROJECT IN PORTFOLIO VIEW
When you first open the Safety Indicators interface, you’ll be in Portfolio View. A box for each of the company’s Projects is shown. Your company may use a different term than Projects, such as Worksite, Department, etc.
A Click once to open the Project you’d like to focus on. In this example, we’re choosing Bartley Commerce Center.
Note that the designation at the top has changed from the default All Projects to Bartley Commerce Center. Now, all the data you see and work with, in all Modules, will be for this Project only.
You can change the selected Project in Portfolio View at any time, just by choosing the one you want.
SELECTING A PROJECT IN ANY VIEW
In this example, we’ve selected ‘Insite’ in the menu on the left, to view relevant data charts. Again, ‘All Projects’ is the default designation at top, meaning the charts will display combined data for all the company’s Projects.
While you're working in any Module, either within a Project, or in All Projects, you can select another Project at any time.
A At the top, click the down-arrow, then select the Project you want to focus on. In this example, we're choosing Avidant Mgmt Warehouse.
Once again, note that the designation at the top has changed.
The data displayed for whichever module you are viewing will now only apply to that one Project.
At any time, you also can use the drop-down menu to return to ‘All Projects’ to view and work with company-wide data.
