The Incidents Module is your tool for managing incidents and injuries in the workplace.
Simply, the Incident module allows:
- Instant electronic reporting via mobile/desktop that an incident has occurred, stating what date, time, where and who was involved in the incident.
- Classify, put priority, and specify the nature of the Incident (to support your business' incident/injury lag reporting)
- Assign someone to manage the Incident, and list stakeholders who should be involved in correspondences
- Write down what occurred, include detailed notes/comments, and immediate actions of what was done to prevent re-occurrence.
- Allow the assignee to manage incident investigation, using SI templated incident investigation forms.
- Upload any notes, tasks, document attachments you like to the Report
- Monitor history logs of all entries into the Report
- Change the workflow status, and move to progress the Incident to a 'Closed' state.
On top of this, you have ability to review all Incidents, using smart keyword search, and grouping and filtering.
For regulator reporting, the system lets you record information required by your regulator (eg OHSA).
