      Getting Started with the Forms Builder

      Accessing the Form builder

      Forms can be built out to the company's requirements and needs. Forms can be build out to cover the below. 

      • General Safety Audits
      • Hazard report
      • Incidents
      • Observation report

      To access the Form builder quickly and easily, simply go to the home page and find the Toolbox section. Here we can review what has been built out and configured. 

      To access the form builder,

      1. Simply navigate to the build tab within the Toolbox section
      2. Click on the 'Build a customized form' button to begin creating your custom form.
        For a Form to be created, it requires the mandatory information.
      3. Form title
      4. The type of Form (see below for options, depending on modules purchased)
        • General Safety Audits
        • Hazard report
        • Incidents
        • Observation report
      Press the 'Build Form' button to enter the Form Builder

      After pressing the 'Build Form' button, you will be launched into the Form Builder. Here you can create a form depending on your company requirements and needs. we have a detailed guide here for more information about each section of the Form Builder, please see below:
