User Profile Status
The profile icon of the User will identify, by colour code, whether the User profile is Active, Registered, Deactivated or Pre-Registered.
Green status indicates the profile is ACTIVE. To have a profile in an Active state requires the user to Verify their mobile number and have a password created.
Orange status indicates the profile is REGISTERED. To have a profile in a Registered state requires the SMS to be sent to the User however they are yet to reply with their surname.
A grey status indicates the profile is DEACTIVATED. To have a profile in a Deactivated state requires the profile to have once been in a Registered or Activate status. A JESI User with the correct permission level has manually deactivated the User. The User no longer has access to JESI.
Black status indicates the profile is PRE-REGISTERED. To have a profile in a Pre-Registered state requires the profile to have been added to JESI however no activation SMS nor email has been sent.
