To start using WhatsApp on an Existing JESI user profile, please follow the guide below:
Requirements:
- JESI Client Company Account will need to have this feature activated
- Email support@jesi.io to have this feature enabled for your JESI Company Account
- User must have WhatsApp installed on their mobile device – this can be downloaded from your phone’s App store
- For Android Users: Download WhatsApp on Android devices
- For iPhone Users: Download WhatsApp on iPhone devices

- Start a chat with JESI WhatsApp here: https://jesi.io/whatsapp-login/
For best results please access the link from your mobile device.
2. Send your surname to the JESI WhatsApp chat
You will receive a confirmation that your mobile number has been confirmed. After this confirmation, all future notifications will come from WhatsApp
You will now receive all future communications from JESI in WhatsApp, if you have any questions regarding WhatsApp and how to set it up, please email support@jesi.io.
Note: To revert back to SMS notifications/reminders reply ‘STOP’ to the latest message from JESI in WhatsApp.
