Listening to your feedback has always been a priority for us, and as a result, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our latest feature: Device Search. This enhancement has been designed to make managing devices within your organization even more efficient and user-friendly.
What's New:
With this update, you now have the ability to search for devices with ease. You can now search for devices using various parameters, including:
- Device Name: Search by the name assigned to the device, allowing for quick identification.
- Device Number: Easily locate a device by its unique number for swift tracking.
- Device Model: Search using the device model information to ensure you're selecting the right one.
We understand that time is of the essence, the addition of the Device Search function brings several benefits:
- Efficiency: Locate your required device instantly, saving you valuable time and effort.
- Accuracy: Ensure you're selecting the right device by searching through specific details.

We are always looking at ways in which we can assist all our JESI Users to have a great experience in using the JESI software, no matter where in the world you may be located. There are circumstances in some locations around the world where SMS struggle to be delivered through the in-country local telco network which has been a concern, this is why we are very excited to now have the ability to activate profiles and check-in through WhatsApp.

Introduction to SPOT & Garmin Device Integration
Start using Handheld GPS devices with JESI!
We have integrated with SPOT and Garmin to allow you to check in with JESI with these handheld devices, even when you have no internet service! Checking in with these devices allows real-time GPS location data tracking, checking up on people using the messaging function, checking into a JESI activity and notifying your team in the event the SOS button is pressed.
